This stylish luxury hotel in Budapest is looking for an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality.
Főbb feladatok, munkák
Ensures that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.
· Paying attention and nurturing of the guests
· Escorting the arriving guest to their rooms, introducing the room, promoting hotel services
· Ordering and organizing of the services required by the guests, providing information according to the standards of the hotel;
· Escorting of the VIP guests, monitoring and preparing reports
· Displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, employees and outside contacts.
Elvárások
Excellent English knowledge.
· Adequate problem-solving skill;
· Ability to multi-task and handle unexpected situations.
· Sufficient knowledge of Hungary and Budapest.
